Working hours
Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.
Time of Attendance
Course times will be strictly held.
Course times are as per booking via the website or via Eventbrite.
Candidates arriving late, leaving early or leaving the presentation and returning forfeited the information covered during the time of their absence.
If a booked date is not attended, the day is forfeited.
Payments:
Full is required upon booking. Late payments will incur an interest of 5%.
Cancellations received in writing:
** 21 and more working days prior to the start of a course receive a full refund
** 8 – 20 working days prior to the start of a course receive a 50% refund.
** If the cancellation is received within 7 days of the course, no refund can be given.
Delegate changes
Substitution of delegates can be made at any time, without penalty.
Requests for Transfer to alternative Dates
Requests for Transfer to alternative Dates received in writing:
** 21 and more working days prior to the start of a course - transfer possible without charge
** 8 – 20 working days prior to the start of a course - transfer will incur a cost of 50% of the course fee.
** If the transfer request is received within 7 days of the course, it will be seen as a cancellation and a new booking - no refund will be given and the new date will be payable at the normal price of the course.
Online Course Outline
Course content will be as specified on the website. To change this course outline and requests to work with bespoke data, requests should be made at least 7 days beforehand, otherwise the online course outline will be followed.
Bespoke Course Outline
Clients could request bespoke courses. Course content will be discussed before the course booking is finalised. Once the objectives of a course have been agreed with a client, PCWorkshops accepts no liability if the course does not match the requirements of the delegates attending. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all delegates are aware of the course objectives, and meet any pre-requisites set.
Bespoke Course Times
Customised training could be scheduled during normal working hours, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.
On-site courses – Facilities
If bespoke courses are presented at the client’s premises, recommendations will be made with regards to minimum standard of facility required. Should these agreed facilities not be present at the client’s premises, PCWorkshops does not accept responsibility for course objectives not achieved due to facilities.
Travelling
PCWorkshops will charge additional fees for travelling to a client, if the training is outside the Circle Line area of London.
Consultations
Precourse consultations are always free of charge for the first hour. Thereafter, on a case-by-case basis, consultations may incur an additional charge. This will be discussed and agreed upon before the chargeable time commences. Consultations could take place per telephone, video conferencing or face-to-face.
Course development
Bespoke training may requires the development of bespoke course materials. The development of bespoke course materials will incur an additional charge. This will be discussed and agreed upon before the work commences.
Development
From time-to-time PCWorkshops may agree to do work for the client rather than train the client. This could be e.g. the creation of spreadsheets, Excel macros, Excel VBA code, Access databases, data normalisation, database design, data importing and testing. This may incur a consultation as well as development fee. Pre-work specifications would be drafted, agreed upon and signed off by the client before commencing the work.
Cancellation of course by PCWorkshops
Although we try to be flexible, PCWorkshops reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at short notice, should there be insufficient demand, or events beyond our control making this unavoidable. Alternative dates will be discussed.
