What about using our company data during the course?
Yes we can us anonymised company data or sample data relevant to your industry and use-case. This makes exercises more relevant to your organisation. Any use and anonymisation of business data should be arranged in advance.
What if delegates are from different departments?
This is not a problem. We can tailor examples, exercises, and scenarios to reflect the different roles and requirements within your organisation.
How many delegates should attend a session?
We can accommodate different group sizes. We generally recommend keeping groups small enough to allow participants to ask questions and receive individual support from the instructor.
Can we customise the training dates, times and session durations?
Yes. Training schedules can be discussed and arranged around your team’s working hours, operational requirements, and availability.
Onsite Training
Can we arrange onsite training?
Yes. We can deliver customised training at your organisation’s premises, subject to location and availability.
Do you charge for travelling to onsite training at our office?
Travel arrangements and any applicable travel costs can be discussed when planning your training. We will confirm any additional costs with you in advance.
What facilities do we need at our office for successful training?
This is a very important question. We need a positive learning environment. A separate training room where we can teach without disturbance, is important. Trainees need to have the time to attend. Please discuss the available deskspace, computers, software, internet access, and other facilities with us before the training so we can confirm what is needed.

Can we attend the training online?
Yes. Our instructor-led courses can be delivered live online, allowing your team to participate from different locations without the need to travel.
How do we get the connection link?

Is the course recorded?
Our courses are normally delivered live rather than as pre-recorded sessions. If you have specific recording requirements, please discuss them with us during the pre-course consultation.
Would the trainer see our code?
Yes, screenshare both ways provide for demonstrations and assistance.
London Classroom
Can we attend training with you in London?
Yes. We can arrange classroom-based training in London. This can be a suitable option for smaller teams or organisations that prefer an in-person learning environment.
Where is the classroom in London?
Regus, Golden Cross house, 8 Duncannon Street, London, WC2N 4JF.
What does this classroom look like, and what is it like?
Office space or boardroom-type (depending on the size of the group), there are plenty of plug points for laptops, good wifi, good lighting, air conditioning, AV, coffee station. Near train and tube stations, near many shops, coffee shops and restaurants, and tourist attractions.
How do we arrange training with you in London?
Send an email, and we will provide the location, arrival procedures, laptops required, etc.
Will you provide lunch for classroom training?
Lunch arrangements can be discussed when organising your classroom training. We will confirm what is included as part of your training arrangements.
Do we need to bring our laptops?
Please confirm laptop requirements with us before attending. Depending on the course arrangements, you may need to bring a laptop with the required software installed and access to Wi-Fi.
1-1 Training in London?
If we teach one person only in classroom in London, we may opt for the more glamourous and friendly space at the IOD, 116 Pall Mall.
